Hypnotherapy is the only talking therapy that works directly with your unconscious mind. This makes it a very effective therapy and generally clients only need one session of hypnotherapy to stop smoking and four to six sessions of hypnotherapy for other issues. Obviously if clients have several or very complex issues they may require more than six sessions.
Wellbeing Hypnotherapy Therapists are registered by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which was established with Government support to regulate complementary therapies. The key purpose of the (CNHC) is to protect the public. The Department of Health recommends where the therapy is registered with the CNHC you consult with a therapist who is CNHC registered.
