Drug Addiction

At Wellbeing Hypnotherapy we have experience of working with and helping people who have developed an addiction to substances or behaviours. Using Hypnotherapy, Traumatic Incident Reduction and other techniques, our aim is to enable you to resolve the problems that you have been experiencing.

Me and my husband both have been seeing Adrian Sonnex of wellbeinghypnotherapy – Morden using hypnotherapy to stop us smoking and using cocaine. We found it worked excellent, we are now both free of smoking and cocaine for 3 years and never looked back. Adrian helped us to turn our lives around, he was such a big help to our family, always making sure that we addressed all our issues at the end of a session. He genuinely wanted us to do well and had our best interest all the way throughout our journey. I also recently saw him with my anxiety problem and to be honest I don’t know how I would have coped without him. He helped me to calm down and get rid of my fears with hypnotherapy, thanks to him I can fully enjoy my life again. I would recommend Adrian to anybody who would like to improve their lives whether it’s addictions, anger, depression or fears, I will always remember what he did for my family.

Cocaine has quickly become a popular recreational drug for all classes of people. It has a high risk of becoming habit forming and due to its cost can quickly start to cause problems in a user’s life. Read our Cocaine Information page for further information on this drug.

Crack (Cocaine)

Crack is a processed type of cocaine and made in the form of a solid, smokable substance. It is highly addictive and quicly leads to dependancy. If you have found yourself dependant on this substance you can feel out of control and it can lead to a very destructive pattern of behaviour. A problem with alcohol is that it is not illegal to consume and is easily available to purchase. Alcohol abuse varies from user to user.
